I'm a Brazilian UX/UI Designer based in Portugal. I have a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (University of Santa Catarina) and a Master's degree in Ecology. The main skill I can bring to the UX Design area is research planning, in terms of defining objectives, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, statistical analysis and interpretation of results.
After leaving university I worked as an administrative assistant for a few years, where I also provided customer support (in this case the people who used our system). My main learning from this period was learning to listen, how to deal and to communicate with different people to finally help them.
I discovered in UX Design many tools to understand people's needs and finding out the best way to solve a problem. I believe that using design thinking, researches, analysis, prototyping and tests, we can build better products that really add value to people's lives.
